If you want to participate in Police for America, what you should do is apply to the police department in 3 cities. Then, while you are waiting to hear back from them, you must complete the training program. The first step in the training program is go to the library or video store and get a copy of Serpico. The second step is watch Serpico. Once you hear back from the police departments, move to the city that hires you. Work as a police officer for at least 2 years.
